There will be an additional 3K fee for orders placed from the USA because of the tariff.
SHIPPING INFORMATION - INDIA
In India, we provide free shipping. Orders placed through COD, however, will be billed at a fixed fee of INR 99.
Military addresses and P.O. boxes cannot receive orders. Delivery to rural household addresses takes one or more extra days. Orders that need to be customized will take longer to ship and take ten working days.
The state of the client may impose an OCTORI Duty in addition to the item's price for shipments that are delivered outside of Delhi. We are unable to reimburse these expenditures because they are outside of our control.
Any OCTORI Duty levied by your state government is the responsibility of domestic buyers. We have no way of knowing which shipments will be subject to these fees or how much they might cost. The cost of the items or the cost of the return service will be evaluated in the event of a rejection.
Delivery Method:
Orders are shipped in 5-7 business days. Rarely, government actions, natural disasters, etc., could result in a small delay.

SHIPPING INFORMATION - INTERNATIONAL
Delivery Method:
Our website includes information on international delivery costs. Depending on the location, shipping costs and delivery times will change. FedEx and DHL are used to ship all foreign packages. From Monday through Saturday, all transport times are available. Due to customs, international delivery cannot be guaranteed in a timely manner.
Please be aware that the client is responsible for paying any applicable GST, tariffs, and taxes in accordance with the laws of your country. At the time of delivery, the courier service will bill you individually for these fees.
The weight of your package and the shipment destination determine the shipping costs. The weight of the shipment, customs clearance, and a number of other variables are taken into account by shipping companies when determining shipping costs. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
When an order is received, it must be signed and accompanied by identification.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. You will need to place numerous orders if you want to ship items to different addresses.
Please refuse to accept delivery of the items and call our help desk at +91 90410 87080, citing your purchase reference number, if you think the packaging is tampered with or damaged. We will make every effort to guarantee that you receive a new delivery as soon as possible.
Every package is completely insured, and the recipient must sign it and provide evidence of identity.
