Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Please take a moment to learn about the manufacturing process before returning an Atelier product. Because the majority of our products are made by hand by traditional craftspeople in India, each one is distinct and slightly different from the others. As a result, the stones may differ somewhat. Pearls and natural stones are always distinct from one another. Before being shipped, every one of our items is put through quality control.
Only orders that are damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item will be eligible for returns and exchanges. You can return items precisely as they were received (unworn, in their original packing, and without tampering with the barcode tag) if your order was damaged in transportation or you received the incorrect item.

Exchanges are processed as a continuation of the original order, and therefore will only be applicable at the original purchase price (MRP).

Discounted/sale prices are not applicable on exchanged items, even if a sale is ongoing at the time of the exchange request.
- Custom or personalized Handbag is not eligible for exchange or return.
4 STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN
1. Kindly notify us within three days of receiving the order. To let us know, give a call on +91 90410 87080.
2. The Atelier QC team will evaluate whether to allow the return of your damaged or wrong merchandise when you email us a picture of it.
3. We will set up a pickup of the merchandise when we have received your email and our Quality Control team has approved the return for the defective or inaccurate item.
4. We will ship the new, accurate product as soon as we get the damaged or wrong one.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:
1. Packages lost in transit.
REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE :
1. Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse and complete the quality check, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
4. Package refused by the recipient.
5. Sizing issues. Thus, please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
6. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
7. Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones, so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
8. If the Bag is not faulty or damaged (A replacement would be done.)
9. Customised Bag is not eligible for return or refund.
GUARANTEE
All products sold on this website are guaranteed authentic. However, we are unable to comment on the authenticity of items not purchased from our website.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Request you to mindfully place an order with us as each Atelier piece is carefully handcrafted & we iniate the production as soon as we receive an order.
